Best Korean bbq in Hayward. It's not crowded. They have abundance of side dishes. We have been here twice. Price is reasonable!

Service was abysmal. Food was mediocre. The tofu soup was watered down, tofu was hard, egg was almost fully boiled, seafood pancake was doughy.

It was a very long time ago, one of my favorite memories was my parents driving me back home from piano lessons and stopping by this place for Korean BBQ. My favorite item was these sweet glazed caramelized potatoes, which were slightly sweet and salty and just melted in your mouth.
One day I got home from school and my parents brought a bag of take-out Korean BBQ from this restaurant. At the time one of my friends Jim came over to play Mario Kart, and he was interested in this amazing smelling food. As a good friend I offered him some, and showed him the magic of the glazed potatoes. Before I realized what was going on, he ate the entire container of potatoes and we moved to a new house many hours away.
Many years later I came back to this place in search of the glazed potatoes. It still looked the same, but unfortunately the potatoes weren't on the menu anymore. We ordered the combination meats, which were delicious, especially the beef ribs and spicy pork. The price was also pretty reasonable, and being able to grill your own meat was a fun experience. But in the end the absence of the potatoes left a hole in my heart that other foods cannot fill. -

Horrible service. Didn't eat half the food and the lady kept coming over to take the tools out of our hand to flip our meet, WHEN ITS MEANT FOR YOU TO COOK YOURSELF! Best thing was the Coca-Cola. This is a picture of the ribs. There's literally NO MEAT ON THIS RIB! For 30$ dollars! She didn't separate the beef and chicken. You can't chose your sides, Every side that came with the dish was pickled.
